Léogâne, 15 March 2012 – A British humanitarian organization appears to have kept its promises by handing out over 200 emergency shelters in the mountains above Léogâne, epicenter of the 2010 earthquake.
But six month later, nearly half of those investigated are empty, while dozens of victims continue to live in tents, shacks or damaged houses.
